Welcome to Night Owl Admin & Branding. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the nightowlbranding.co.za website (the “Service”) operated by Night Owl Admin & Branding (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Ticket Purchase

1.1 Eligibility

To purchase tickets for our events or workshops, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

1.2 Order Process

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. Please ensure that the information provided during the purchase process is accurate.

1.3 Payment

All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept all payments listed on the Payfast payment page. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

1.4 Pricing

All ticket prices are listed in ZAR and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, once you have purchased a ticket, the price will not change for that transaction.

1.5 Discounts and Promotional Codes

Discounts or promotional codes must be entered at the time of purchase. They cannot be applied retrospectively and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. We will not be responsible for any other costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

2.2 Attendee Cancellations

Cancellations by attendees must be made in writing to rudene@nightowlbrading.co.za or info@nightowlbranding.co.za

Refunds will be provided based on the following schedule:

  • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event: 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: No refund.

2.3 Transfer of Tickets

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us in writing at least 3 days before the event with the details of the new attendee.

3. Event Changes

3.1 Program Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including but not limited to changes in the speakers, topics, and schedule. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3.2 Venue Changes

We reserve the right to change the event venue. We will inform you of any changes to the venue as soon as possible.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Expected Behavior

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during our events and workshops. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

4.2 Removal from Event

We reserve the right to refuse admission to or remove any person from the event whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund. We reserve the sole right to determine whether any conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive and to immediately enforce our rights in this regard.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Content Ownership

All materials provided during the event or workshop, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Night Owl Admin & Branding or the respective speakers. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5.2 Recording and Photography

Attendees are not permitted to record, photograph, or film any part of the event without prior approval from Night Owl Admin & Branding.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Night Owl Admin & Branding will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your attendance at our events or workshops. Our total liability in any matter related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the ticket.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 3 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
